Refund policy

Our tours are a ready-to-use product and are therefore non-refundable. However, we understand that insurmountable circumstances may make it impossible for you to travel to a particular country.

Therefore, you will need to provide proof, such as visa denial or a medical certificate in 14 days after buying a guide. In this case, we can refund half the cost of the tour.

We can refund only guides for the same stay or trip.
